Our fourplex was sold in the end of May. I'm not really sure what happened to our new landlord but.. well... long story short- we never had anywhere to send our June rent. Sure our yard now looks like a golden field of wheat... and we probably wouldn't get any assistance if something in the apartment broke... but there's a big part of my that's just hoping nothing much will change until we leave this apartment.
